• I attended the Chemistry Research Academy at the University of Pennsylvania, where I gained hands-on experience in advanced analytical techniques such as polarimetry, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and gas chromatography. Through lectures by UPenn professors, I expanded my knowledge of modern chemistry, exploring nanoscale materials and protein modifications for disease research. I synthesized nanoparticles, including silver nanoprisms and gold nanoparticles, and developed metal separation techniques for coordination compounds. Additionally, I collaborated on a novel Zinc Oxide nanoparticle synthesis protocol and conducted an antibacterial assessment.​
